Communication.

Something that is necessary but sometimes not pleasant. However when one does not communicate years later may be to late. Sadly this is worse.

Then all communication seems angry and resentful. So the goal shall always be communicate right away. It all comes back one day anyway, so you mine as well face it now.

Communication is the key to most everything, don't let it go. It be tough but worth it.
