Packing, painting, loading and unloading
That has been life for the last few days. Now I only have 10 days left of this madness before I move into clean up mode. Tired already. A very long ways to go.
Odd when one does this from choice the excitement is completely different. Doing this because it is what is best for one seems lacking in that thrill of happiness that permeates everything. Still some pleased moments, hence lots of color. But overall the time seems sad. Take in consideration a time of year that one loves to decorate for has only complicated matters.
However through it all I have a 5 year old who is learning painting can be fun when we get to choose colors and at the same time she is learning the hard work of getting all that paint on the wall evenly.
Knowledge learned by us both. Muscles my body has hidden are now being used and letting me know they are there. Plus my paint gear now has orange and purple all over them. Red, mustard, yellow, gray and more orange coming soon.
Memories of a lifetime are being created daily. Peace.

A sad time but one with the potential to bring much happiness. I'm looking forward to seeing everything in April. I do know that the new environment will be good for you and the punk-o-lunk. Better for you to have all of your stuff in one place and better for her to have a home that's not cold and sterile.
