Workout

Gave myself one of those today. My yard (grass area) mind you is postage stamp sized. About 40' by 20' small in the scheme of things. I purchased a weed eater a couple weeks ago and finally shortened the foot long grass. Not a very clean job, but hey got it done.

Now with all the damn sun then rain we have been receiving the grass was happy, around 8 inches high happy, so today I broke down bought myself a lawn mower (push one mind you). Didn't want to deal with the gas and such. Built it this morning noticing the instructions as I go. "Do not let grass get above 4" and make sure it is dry prior to cutting"...uh...well it is about 8" and it most definitely is NOT dry.

Took me way too long and my entire body is mad as hell at me, but hey the yard looks good for now. And I only had it rain on me a little bit. I will need to mow it soon again though and lower the blades a bit 'cause I was not able to cut it very short this time. I think I was just lucky to get it done.

Now I am tired, so that's it for today. Tomorrow hopefully I can get the grill put back together and perhaps get some of the house cleaned up and if I am very energetic vacuumed.

So there is another stellar day in the life of E.
