Yahoo and other web software...

Ze's ramble made me think about Yahoo this morning. The more I thought about it the more I realized how truly lucky we are that they came around.

Like anything computer related it has its issues. In fact it has more than some. But with that same thought in mind lets give credit due to it as well. More than many other online pieces out there Yahoo has been one of the most far reaching. Or I should say at least in my life it has.

The web has changed my life; there is no doubt about that. However since finding the online writing universe Yahoo has become even more important. The connection it has created is immeasurable. One in which lives across the world can each be connected in a way unthinkable 20 years ago. The friends, lovers and so much more found is truly a wonderful experience.

The ability for us to see so much past our brick and mortar life has left such and indelible mark upon society. We should remember that. Thanks to Yahoo and other programs like it, we find ourselves truly one small fish in a very large ocean. Where boundaries have melted away leaving us nothing but new frontiers to explore.

So explore we did and with nothing but more to seek out those changes will continue. One can only hope that in this future realm people see others for what they are, human. Life seems so limited when looking back. Now I feel good to have found another entire universe, how great is that? Like all things it can be mixed but see it for how truly lucky we are that Yahoo came along when it did. Even when it's down it should remind us how important it has become as a tool in our life.

See that glass as half full and feel damn lucky we are holding it.
