A commute from hell.

I love snow, but damn folks around here so cannot drive in it. Sadly I did not have to even commute all the way from work. No I was at punk o lunks swim lesson...approximately 4.5 miles away...it took a little over two hours.

And even with that I ended up parking about 5 blocks east and 3 blocks south of my actual abode. The hills I live on and the reality of the colder temps moving in with the already 12 inches plus of snow on the ground led me to believe it was best to leave my car on an arterial if I plan to use it over the next few days.

Perhaps telecommuting is in order. Wait and see, but I do know that I will not be doing that hell commute any time soon.
