Dreams or nightmares...
Sometimes I have to decide which I really had. Lately I have reoccurring one that seems to have taken me back over two decades ago.
Events that happen in our life are put into our memories. I have an event that is being replayed in my head over and over lately. For some reason it seems to be very clear and vivid right now.
The event I never want to forget and I am sure I never will. But I would like it to go back to it's dusty corner as to which it belongs.
Nightmares why do we call them that? They are dreams that we may prefer not to have? Doesn't this just make them bad dreams? Why do we have a whole catagory for them?
Even with that understanding I wish I had the skill to beable to tuck this dream back where it belongs. Maybe soon? There is always hope. I must find a way of allowing this one to creep back to its home.

ah dreams...ive had a recurring one for 10 yrs now. im not sure if its a bad dream or not. but they do disturb an otherwise fairly quiet mind
