Change is never easy.

In life we move along and whether we want one or not we get into grooves that seem to guide us in directions. When trying to jump out of that groove it may take a few attempts.

It may seem easier to continue in the already laid out path, but what do we get from that if we are unhappy in it? Talk to yourself and most of all listen. The attempt and completion of leaving a rut is a good thing.

Don't find yourself trapped or going along for the ease of it. Life is not easy and pain and sorrow is dotted throughout, but so is joy and happiness. Don't deny yourself that when possible. Find the strength and continue with what your heart tells you is right.

We know where to go in life it all comes down to are we listening?
Sometimes I think the headphones are turned off or the volume is way to low, but I do know it is there. Now, maybe a good time to listen.

Courage is something we each have, sometimes it will come from an unknown source within us, but it is there. Use it and live.

Hear yourself, find your joy, be happy.
