Sleep or lack of...

Why do some over the counter drugs suggest drowsy as a side effect then as you allow yourself that option to actually sleep during there usage you have the worst sleep possible? What happens in our head with these pills in our system?

Hmmm...makes one so not want to take them, but the limited options of ones nose being so runny and stuffed that I seem to play out the same quality steps each time...bummer.

Oh well, another cold/flu to get through. Soup today I think.
