Finally. Odd how a week can feel so stretched out.
Health...never take it for granted. You may have no clue how life can change by it. Each and every challenge may not be the hardest. Bigger ones may await us. Some we may already know and not come to terms with and then some will take us by surprise.
Time, acceptance are the goals. Fight what you can and accept the rest.
Weekend an encouraging space. Enjoy.

Don't let your issues take this weekend away from you. Your state-of-mind can do so much for how you feel. You need a good, relaxing time away from your house enjoying the company of friends. You actually get a nice recharge from times like that.
16 hours wont be enough...
But in 10 days I may be doing better.
True. But it can help. You have to start giving your mental health as much attention as you do your physical health. Little things like lunch away from your desk, quality time with your daughter, a movie with a friend, a night (or two) away from home can all add up.
In 10 days you'll be here and will only have to worry about how you can keep from cringing when Cal gets too loud.
