All mixed up

My sense of time and date is screwed up. Being on vacation always does that to me. Well better this weekend with the damn time change I guess.

The day was filled with chores. Laundry, food shopping and other miscellaneous items. Tonight we prepare for the onslaught of small children birthday parties tomorrow and then the keen fun of pumpkin carving. I do like carving pumpkins usually with groups of others though. But I need to start making these events fun with just the punk o lunk and myself.

Times have changed and alone I stay. So life must move forward with lots of empty chairs. Make the best of what is here.

So tonight we carve.
