Communicate...

There really is nothing better than that when it involves someone else. We are not mind readers. As individuals we all look at situations differently, so if something you see is not right and you expect it to turn, you must speak up. Communicate.

Life somtimes is beyond our control, but all we can do is react the best way we know how to knowledge given to us from others. If you don't share insight to something then that knowledge will be forever trapped with you. If you let it sit and work in the same manner you have no recourse in the end for your own in-ability to speak up. That can be devestating on so many levels and in so many ways. It effects everything.
