True Friends

Do you ever wonder why we do the things we do? Oddly enough I am not sure enough people or the people that should think about that, do.

Friend what does that term mean:

· A person whom one knows, likes, and trusts.
· A person whom one knows; an acquaintance.
· A person with whom one is allied in a struggle or cause; a comrade.

By definition it is more than one thing. Good thing. Seems we have different friends, each is unique and important to our structure of support.

If we chose to use them we allow ourselves to trust another. That is an important endeavor in life. The things that hold us back we tend to bury deep within ourselves and friends, good ones help us see that. In life we can hope to have many. Remember the ability to help one is as important as the ability to lean on one.

Friends are relationships; they can be abused and will wither away if not given full opportunities. But true friends understand us and know where to push and where not to.

All friends are important, that is why we give them the name friend. Don't forget they are there. At times there are no words that can fully explain how important our friends are, but actions count.

Friends know who they are, or at least they should.
