What can be seen today?

Look far and wide. What do you see?

Do see the physical things around yourself? Do you feel the weather when you step outside? Do you feel all the love that surrounds you by those who are with us in our hearts?

You should. If not, evaluate. The next time you look outside and it is not what you want it to be, see past that, see the rain or the sun for the good that it does for so much surrounding you. Look how life is sustained by the effect of that weather.

Now do the same thing within your mind of those people that surround you. Step past issues and see those good people that encircle you. Whether they are just co-workers, good friends, family or partners.

See it for what it is. A support structure you have created for yourself. Now rely on it when necessary. It be amazing the effect you can get back. Make sure also, you are there for others structure, that has awesome rewards as well.
