Monday night

Evenings may be the toughest of times. One has the time to ponder and review. Regret is not something one should do, but it is hard to stop oneself. Looking back on once was is dandy, but to regret reactions or comments is really not best.

One needs to see and grow from the experience that each interaction gave us, not regret. Try and see past that. As easy as regret is it does not change the current outcome. One needs to move in step with the choices, decisions and growth that one makes.

We can all know the best for ourselves but in the end sometimes we move in the wrong direction. Our thoughts and behaviors direct us in another area. Try and see the picture for what it is, view the options as they clearly are now. The past was an experience and the future is the road ahead.
