Fog has set in...

The day starts with layers and layers of fog. Sun to burn it all off eventually. Each layer keeping the day a few degrees cooler.

Life is a layer on top of another layer. We each have so many. To peel away one only allows us to see another. Some more transparent then others, some completely block the light, and some fight back from being removed.

Change can only occur when we are willing to poke at and question each of them. Sometimes layers will stay in tact as necessary for protection. But we also need to see how that barrier will keep us from learning more. Sometimes the band-aid keeps the wound clean but in the end the wound needs to heal and air may be the best thing for it. Within that ideal taking a band-aid off after a time can cause pain, but in the end both the wound and ones self is better for it.

Fight for what you believe in see that change can occur. Believe in yourself. Each of us is worthy of our own support and that of the ones who surround us.

No one is worthless. Value is intrinsic and constant.
