Paddleboats...

What the hell was I thinking! Doing this on one of the hottest days of the year on the water...ug. And of course they ask us if we want the newer large cadillac type boat that seats 6 (only 3 of us) and we say no and choose the older fiberglass boats, stupid idiots we are.

The old one is built for kids to be able to paddle, hence the we cramped our legs the entire time since little E only wanted to paddle once...then sit on the edge of the boat with her feet dipped in the water. I wish. However since this was my idea I could not leave my paddling partner to my stupidity. Hence paddled I did.

We finally get back to the dock, the guys says "how was it?"...my answer, "we should have taken the newer one"...reply "oh yeah". ug. Found out the new ones are lighter, faster and easier to steer, could he have told us that when asking us?

So home tired and very hot now. I am hoping for that nap ....
