Frustrated...

"Easy Online Accounts"...It first off is not easy to set up. Second of all the online account system did not accept my information. Third they told me I have the wrong address for my account.

I had to call the CS department for my mortgage this morning. My account seems to have some issues. Over and hour later I find Easy and online are not words that should be used again and for that matter neither is the bank WAMU.

Comments after being transferred between departments after 45 minutes of shuffling:

"Mam are you sure you are the account holder". Yes I am fairly fucking sure that the mortgage is mine and that is my social security number.

"Now about that address are you sure it is correct?" Yes once again I am fairly fucking sure the money you lent me (hence you own it) was for that fucking address since I live there I am once again fairly sure I know it.

"I understand your frustration but we seem to have an issue finding your account can we get you to do your request through online services?"

UGGGG!!! But I get an error online you fucking moron and that is why I am calling!"

Easy Online Access. Not. Solution none. He put me on hold one more time (he was the supervisor), I got cut off I chose to not call back after the previous hour of pleasure.

May the day not continue on this path. But I am at work, so one never knows.
