A few hours...

Then 5 days of work free time. Focus is way off, but I care not. The ocean is calling. Taking some of my favorite things and planning on spending stress free time at the beach.

Will miss my punk-o-lunk for a few days, but will return on Saturday and hang out with her then.

Time once again has slipped by and another year of life is shelved. An interesting one to say the least. Once again change was the main focus. They say mid-life is a time for change. I can honestly say that it sure as hell has been for me.

40 forward and life has been nothing but change. Wish I were as physically fit as I was at 20 when the last huge amount of change occurred. Wonder if this is usual, every two decades time to rearrange ones structure and values?

Life in general for me has had sections. Each with obvious connections to the prior section, however each reflecting uniqueness unlike anything else.

Life seems not to flow evenly, kinda like different waterways with huge waterfalls connecting them all. No easy streams feeding into the next phase. More like something violent and complete, but once landed the scenery is all-new with everything that followed scrubbed and washed clean. Taking its time to settle back down into a something grand to watch. One hopes to end in a lake soon.
