That is the last time the region saw this much snow. It even snow today another 2 inches, first time this much snow has been on the ground and snowing on Christmas in over 147 years. You know that is a long time ago.

I am ready for my rain. I realize though with all this snow pack it will create our next hell, flooding. Lots of it.

I am tired and sore from shoveling. I am done with cranky mean people, they suck.

Even amongst all this it has been a better holiday than most. I have the person I love here with me. Things may not be all settled and comfortable yet, but overall better than last year.

At the end of the day, she is right there next to me. I love that. Hence a better holiday, hands down. Next year, here is hoping for less snow.
