I'm surrounded by chocolate chippers! Hmmm good thing! Ahhh the power of ice cream...it can change your mood in a snap...and who doesn't like ice cream. Maybe it should be required that world leaders and negotiators all have an ice cream cone before sitting down at the negotiating table!! It couldn't hurt anyway............
