Adjusting the view

Opportunity creates pathways. One seems to look right down the middle. Then reality brings us to the crossroads and one sees the sign pointing in an off direction of where they thought they were heading. Yet not to be.

Still closer to main path, but once again realizing more rough road lies ahead. One has views of what they thought and one has reality of what will be. A view that is much more similar to a current path with more intersection and opportunities of what one day may bring and yet a serious distance away.

Sometimes I am saddened by what someday means.
