Islands...

Items surrounded by nothing but water? Perhaps another description could be a plot or structure with no connection to another said item? Survival in such a place is physically possible with the correct items brought. However long term brings more of a challenge. Mentally can one live there permanently without the sense of madness? Vacation perhaps, but long term should be re-evaluated. Remember vacations leave us with a wondrous thing, memories.

Whether one wants to believe it or not we each need time alone. With that in mind there are limits on everything in life and being alone falls right in there. Being the unique creatures we are it entitles each of us to need a different amount of alone time. Is there a point of enough? When such limit is hit where do we go from there?

With all this alone time each of us may create a comfort zone for our own mind to wander. Some may follow a path a bit further in and others perhaps get bored quickly and moved onto a more populated place.

Time alone should be evaluated for the special time it is. Opportunity. A wondrous land, a place of no disruption. Beauty is all around. One can unpack bits and pieces to see them clearly and openly in light. So much of the mind lives behind shadows and darkness. Take the opportunity to realize the enormity of such existence, Truth may be found here. It may not always be easy to see or understand or even pull out completely but it is there.

Some may stay a bit too long evaluating. Hence, finding ourselves with so much unpacked and realizing that our knowledge has grown enough that the luggage no longer fits everything. We are then left wondering how to put it all back. But here is where one must accept that we were not meant to pack it all back away. The vacation has left us with something tangible forever. We are to bring back in the open from the trip. We are to move in a way stepping ahead with new vigor and life. Knowledge being the gift, accept it.

Step forward back into your world knowing you have a place of safety and confidence, but acknowledge the danger that may lie ahead if one does not come back. Islands are beautiful landmasses with so much to see and learn, but alone long term on one may create a false sense of security that no longer is based in reality. Vacation is good, but eventually they end and one must return. Allow the time to change you. Accept what is given and learned. Use it to change, move forward. Only you can take the steps in your life to change. Others touch us in ways with knowledge and understanding, they help us in tremendous ways. They even vacation with us, showing us sites and inner circles we may never have seen. More gifts of knowledge and memories, not to be forgotten. However, change falls from within. You have the power, accept it, live with it and learn it.

Peace.
